Angélica is a Puerto Rican performer currently based in Tallahassee, FL, where she is a senior pursuing her Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre at Florida State University. Originally from the small town of Arecibo, Puerto Rico she has always been passionate about music and loves how it keeps her connected to her culture. She first fell in love with singing at church, where she would sing alongside her mom every Sunday. She vividly remembers the first time she sang “El Tamborilero” (Little Drummer Boy) in front of the church during Christmas, and has loved performing since. Latin artists and music heavily inspire Angélica, and she loves writing her own music, especially in Spanish. Aside from her artistic endeavors, you can find her at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, and finding new skincare to obsess over!
